
A free, community run club meeting weekly at Sol Strength in Richmond, NSW. All paces welcome - come to run, chat and build consistency! We do an out and back through the beautiful, and FLAT Richmond Lowlands. Run your pace, your distance - turn arounds are staggered depending on how far you want to go! We then meet back in the courtyard of Sol Strength for a cold drink and stretch out.
