Welcome to Run Society. We're dedicated to supporting your running goals with our meticulously designed 12-week program. Each session is structured around intervals; crafted to enhance your speed and endurance progressively. These intervals are time based, so we start and finish each session together. Runners of all levels will find a welcoming community. We can't wait to meet you!
